I had a fantastic stay that offered great value for my money, with a spacious executive suite that felt cozy and well-updated. The location was convenient, and the staff were friendly, helping us with everything from check-in to storing our touring bicycles.

The morning meal could be improved by offering a wider variety of options.

Simply no reason to complain, fantastic stay. Clean and pleasant place with lovely staff. Great and awesome position in the good area, not far from 3 convenience stores, supermarket, night market, temple and Daqiao metro, and subway. Satisfactory breakfasts and fine food available...

Very unprofessional staff!

its location was peaceful, close to the main train station, and in a crowded area. before bed i went to the lord high admiral for a nightcap, it's just next door to the hotel.

Great for single travelers

The staff was really good. One lady were really nice too help with check-in, and I even got to keep my bike in my room!

It wasn't exactly cheap, but still acceptable.

Nothing too much trouble, the venue met requirements, recommend it. Clean hotel, liked to be near to the MRT, Ningxia night market, 4 bus stops from Taipei main station and airport at 5pm thanks to prime and strategic location. The room was new-fashioned & tastefully decorated with fridge and a nice sofa, for example. The staff was flexible, efficient, and everything was fine. The breakfast was good - good choice of dishes.

The self check-in was so confusing that I needed the intercom to figure it out, just sad. I thought I'd get a room upgrade for my troubles, but apparently that's not how the 'fancy' hotel treats guests. Absolutely unacceptable.

The automated check-in was smooth. My room was kinda spacious, equipped with modern amenities like a bidet and a tv that connects to streaming services. The daily housekeeping was perfect, with fresh towels and toiletries provided daily. Not to forget, the good proximity to the Ningxia Night Market made late-night snacking after a day of adventure ridiculously easy!

Air conditioning worked perfectly, ensuring comfort during the warmer days. Location-wise, it was just a five-minute walk from the MRT. The room had a slightly musty odor which detracted from the overall enjoyment. Breakfast options were quite basic. A bit more variety would have been nice. The walls were thin, so sometimes noise from neighboring rooms was a bit disruptive.

The staff was super cute, went out of their way to help with directions, and room was really clean! Location is perfect! Just a short walk to the nearest metro and near interesting night markets.

Comfortable stay with a great bathroom

I was really surprised with the spaciousness of my room, which came with a well-maintained bathroom-definitely a highlight of my stay! Each day, I was welcomed with fresh towels and toiletries, showing great attention to detail. The nearby night market offered me a plethora of food options. One area for improvement might be the breakfast variety, as it could use a bit more flair.

The room we stayed in was very clean and soundproof, plus we enjoyed complimentary bottles of water, a comfy sofa, and a fridge. the location was excellent, and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. 😊.
